The customer portal at my.cubecart.com is your central hub for managing subscriptions, hosting, support, and billing.

Logging In

We use secure magic link authentication — no password needed:

  1. Go to my.cubecart.com.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
  3. Click Send Login Link.
  4. Check your email and click the login link (valid for 15 minutes).

What You Can Do

  • Dashboard: Overview of all subscriptions and hosting accounts
  • Support Tickets: Submit, view, and reply to support tickets
  • Hosting: View account details and log in to cPanel directly
  • Subscriptions: Cancel or reactivate plans
  • Payment Method: Update your card details via Stripe
  • Invoices: View and download PDF invoices with VAT breakdown

Session Timeout

For security, your session expires after 15 minutes of inactivity. You’ll see a warning before logout with the option to extend your session.
