If you have an active support or hosting subscription, you can submit support tickets through our customer portal.

Steps

  1. Go to my.cubecart.com.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription and click Send Login Link.
  3. Check your email for the magic login link (check spam/junk if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes).
  4. Click the link to access your dashboard.
  5. Click New Ticket.
  6. Select the appropriate department from the dropdown.
  7. Enter a clear subject and detailed description of your issue.
  8. If you have an active hosting account and the issue is urgent, you can mark the ticket as Critical. This alerts our team immediately.
  9. Click Submit.

After Submitting

  • You’ll see your ticket listed with its status (New, Open, Pending, etc.).
  • We’ll respond within the SLA for your plan (5 hours for Technical Support, 3 hours for Premium).
  • You can reply to the ticket and view the full conversation history from the portal.
  • Close the ticket when your issue is resolved.

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Include your store URL
  • Describe steps to reproduce the issue
  • Include any error messages you’re seeing
  • Mention any recent changes you’ve made to the store
