How to Cancel

  1. Log in to my.cubecart.com with the email address linked to your subscription.
  2. Locate your active subscription.
  3. Click the option to cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.

Important Notes

  • To avoid being billed for the next term, cancel at least two business days before your renewal date.
  • All plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you have any difficulty cancelling, email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. We won’t ask why or try to persuade you to stay.
