You can update your payment method from the customer portal.

Steps

  1. Log in to my.cubecart.com with the email address linked to your subscription.
  2. Find your subscription on the dashboard.
  3. Click the Update Payment button.
  4. You’ll be redirected to a secure Stripe portal where you can enter your new card details.

Changes take effect immediately and will apply to your next billing cycle. This works for both hosting and technical support subscriptions.
