Manage all your CubeCart subscriptions (hosting and support) from the customer portal.

Viewing Subscriptions

  1. Log in to my.cubecart.com.
  2. Your active subscriptions are displayed on the dashboard, showing the plan name, amount, billing interval, and current period.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. From your dashboard, click Update Payment Method.
  2. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe portal to update your card details.
  3. Changes take effect immediately for future payments.

Cancelling a Subscription

  1. Find the subscription on your dashboard.
  2. Click Cancel and confirm.
  3. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  4. If you change your mind, you can reactivate before the period ends.
