Manage all your CubeCart subscriptions (hosting and support) from the customer portal.
Viewing Subscriptions
- Log in to my.cubecart.com.
- Your active subscriptions are displayed on the dashboard, showing the plan name, amount, billing interval, and current period.
Updating Your Payment Method
- From your dashboard, click Update Payment Method.
- You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe portal to update your card details.
- Changes take effect immediately for future payments.
Cancelling a Subscription
- Find the subscription on your dashboard.
- Click Cancel and confirm.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- If you change your mind, you can reactivate before the period ends.
