Coupons are a powerful tool for driving sales and rewarding customers.

Creating a Coupon

  1. Go to Admin > Inventory > Coupons.
  2. Click Add Coupon.
  3. Set the coupon code, discount type (fixed amount or percentage), and value.
  4. Configure optional restrictions.

Coupon Options

  • Expiry date: Set when the coupon expires
  • Usage limits: Per coupon total and per customer
  • Minimum order value: Only valid above a threshold
  • Product/category restrictions: Limit to specific items
  • Customer group restrictions: Limit to specific groups

Tracking

Track coupon usage in the admin panel to measure campaign effectiveness.
