How It Works
- SSL is provisioned automatically once your domain’s DNS points to our servers.
- Certificates renew automatically — no action required.
- Your store is forced to HTTPS by default for maximum security.
Custom Domain SSL
After pointing your domain via CNAME, allow up to 30 minutes for DNS propagation. The SSL certificate is generated automatically once the domain resolves to our servers.
Troubleshooting
- Certificate not showing: Ensure your DNS CNAME record is correct and has propagated. You can check at dnschecker.org.
- Mixed content warnings: Ensure all resources (images, CSS, JS) load over HTTPS.
- Contact support if the certificate hasn’t appeared after 24 hours.
