Do you offer email forwarding?

Yes. Email forwarding is included with all Official CubeCart Hosting plans.

How It Works

When your store is set up, an email address is automatically created matching your store domain. Email sent to this address is forwarded to your account’s master email address.

For example, if you sign up with [email protected] and your store domain is joe.mycubecart.com, then email sent to [email protected] will forward to [email protected].

For dedicated email hosting with your own domain, we recommend:

• Google Workspace
• Zoho Mail

Sending Email from CubeCart

Configure SMTP in Admin > Settings > Email to send order notifications via Google Workspace, Zoho, or any SMTP provider. SendGrid integration is also available for improved deliverability.
