CubeCart’s option system lets you offer products in multiple variations.

Option Types

Type Use Case
Dropdown Size, colour, material
Radio Buttons Mutually exclusive choices
Checkboxes Add-ons the customer can select
Textbox Custom engraving or personalisation
Date Picker Delivery date selection
File Upload Customer artwork or documents
Hidden Internal tracking values

Creating Options

  1. Go to Admin > Inventory > Options.
  2. Create an option group (e.g. “Size”).
  3. Add values with optional price/weight modifiers and SKUs.

Assigning to Products

Edit a product > Options tab > assign option groups.

Option Matrices

For multiple option groups (e.g. Size and Colour), matrices let you manage stock, prices, and SKUs per combination.
