By default, PayPal Commerce may not return the customer’s phone number to CubeCart. You can require it by changing a setting in your PayPal account.

Steps

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
  2. Click the gear icon and select Account Settings.
  3. Click Website payments.
  4. Beside Website preferences, click Update.
  5. Find Contact telephone number and set it to On (Required Field).
  6. Save your changes.

Once enabled, customers will be required to provide their phone number during PayPal checkout, and it will be passed back to CubeCart with the order details.
